At VT Cosmetics Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your skincare products, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals remain intact, and include the provided RMA form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
